We're incredibly grateful to be part of such a wonderfully supportive community.  Beatrice and the surrounding areas have played a crucial role in the growth of our business, and these people are the reason we constantly strive to be better each day.  As such, it's important to us that we give back to the community that has given us so much.

Community Drive Events

Ford Motor Company and Lincoln Motor Company provide us with the opportunity to host test-drive events which help raise funds for non-profit organizations in our community.

How does it work?:  Participants are encouraged to show up to our event location and take a test-drive in a new Ford or Lincoln vehicle.  We ask each participant to complete a registration form, do a quick pre-survey, go for a short drive (or ride) with a member of our staff, and do a short post-survey following their drive.  The entire process takes roughly 10-15 minutes.  For each person who completes the process, Ford or Lincoln will make a $20 donation to the organization. The maximum number of test-drives for each event is 300, which adds up to a total of $6,000 in potential donations!  In many instances, there may be a designated "Bonus Vehicle".  If a participant takes a second test-drive in the Bonus Vehicle, Ford or Lincoln will donate an ADDITIONAL $20 for up to 100 participants.  That's an extra $2,000 in donations, and a grand total of up to $8,000!

Who is eligible to drive?:  To qualify for a test-drive participants must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid drivers license, and valid automobile insurance.

Is there any cost to the participants or the organization?:  The best part about these events is that there's ZERO expense for the participants and ZERO expense for the organization.  The only thing that participants need to donate is roughly 10-15 minutes of their time.

Are you going to try to sell me something?:  We instruct our event team to refrain from providing sales consultation during these events.  The purpose of these events is to give back to our community, as well as to introduce the new vehicles that Ford and Lincoln have to offer.  This doesn't mean that we won't answer any questions, we just simply ask that any participants interested in purchase information arrange to speak with us at a later time.

So what's the "catch"?:  There is none.  Seriously.  This is actually just as simple as it sounds.

Can you host an event for my organization?:  Drive events are exclusively for non-profit organizations, and certain other restrictions apply.  We also have zone limits that dictate how far away the organization can be from our dealership.  We receive numerous requests from organizations to host events for their benefit.  We try our best not to exclude any, however we are limited by Ford and Lincoln Motor Company as to how many of these events we can host per year.  In selecting organizations for events, we strongly consider how willing they are to help promote the event so that we can ensure a solid turnout.  We provide event flyers in print and digital versions to aid in this promotion.  It's extremely important that the organization help get the word out to their own team and supporters in order to get as many participants as possible.  If you'd like us to consider hosting a drive event for your organization, please send a message to Chad Hernandez at
